New Australia Movement

Parliamentary Program

The New Australia Movement will feature a holistic Parliamentary Program to be implemented via the Australian Parliament, with the central goals of achieving economic autarky and national independence, while promoting the interests of Australian workers.

Measures to Strengthen Australian Democracy

Political Bill of Rights

Intervention Powers for Civil Liberties Organizations

Political Bill of Rights

Key to any strong and lasting democracy are political rights. We will push for a referendum to enshrine a Political Bill of Rights into Australian Constitution, including additional civil rights not included in the US Constitution, such as a right to overthrow clause.

Economic Bill of Rights

Political Bill of Rights

People are suffering. Cost of living is going up and the government is doing little to nothing to fix the problem. There is a simple solution. We will push for a referendum to enshrine an Economic Bill of Rights into the Australian Constitution, including a right to employment, housing, food, healthcare and education.

Intervention Powers for Civil Liberties Organizations

Intervention Powers for Civil Liberties Organizations

Intervention Powers for Civil Liberties Organizations

Civil liberties like freedom of speech are often infringed upon by the state, which often gets away with such acts. This is not okay. We seek to give legislative powers to independent civil rights organisations such as Civil Liberties Australia to intervene on matters pertaining to civil liberties between the state and citizens.

Boot the British Monarchy

Boot the British Monarchy

Intervention Powers for Civil Liberties Organizations

The British Monarchy poses a fundamental threat to Australian democracy, with the ability to influence the Governor-General to dissolve the Parliament on the basis of ideological differences or on behalf of the United States or another foreign power, as occurred with the Whitlam government in 1975. Heads of state in the 21st century should be democratically elected by the people, not imposed based on centuries-old succession laws and residing in another country. We seek to hold a plebiscite and national referendum to abolish constitutional monarchy and make Australia a republic.

Lowering the Voting Age

Boot the British Monarchy

Lowering the Voting Age

More and more young Australians are getting involved in politics in the wake of increasing cost of living pressures, the urgency of addressing climate change, and a general feeling of not being heard. We seek to pass legislation to amend the Commonwealth Electoral Act to lower the minimum voting age in Australia to 16 years of age, with optional voting from 16-17 and mandatory voting from 18+. This will ensure that young Australians will feel heard and have an opportunity to weigh in on our democratic system.

Declassify Everything

Boot the British Monarchy

Lowering the Voting Age

The Australian people have a right to total transparency from the government, and transparency is a key feature of any true democracy. Without it, the people can be monitored without their knowledge and freedom is rendered little more than an illusion. We seek to introduce a policy declassifying all past, present and future intelligence gathered by the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) to the Australian people via a portal from their myGov account.

Foreign Policy

Say No To Zionism

Say No To Zionism

Say No To Zionism

For far too long, the Zionist State of Israel has gotten away with crimes against humanity, systematic apartheid and genocide against the Palestinian people, and while Australia maintains any relations with the State of Israel, we are complicit. We seek to designate the State of Israel as a fascist state and cut all diplomatic, economic and military ties. This means the Israeli Embassy in Australia will be closed down and the Ambassador of Israel to Australia sent back home, and any Israeli government officials will be barred from entering Australia. We will also comply with arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court for Israeli government officials should they enter Australian territory. Israeli citizens and Australian-Israeli dual nationals will be free to remain in Australia and will face no legal sanctions, and we pledge to protect Jewish communities in Australia from antisemitic hate crimes all the same.

Say No To the WEF

Say No To Zionism

Say No To Zionism

The World Economic Forum is a threat to democracy the world over as an international extension of finance capital. While we do not endorse conspiracy theories involving the WEF, whether of an antisemitic nature or otherwise, we seek to ban all Australian government officials and corporations from holding ties with the WEF or attending WEF meetings in Davos.

Say No To AUKUS

Diplomatic Neutrality

Diplomatic Neutrality

The AUKUS deal will cost Australian taxpayers far too much for too little gain and no guarantees of delivery, and will also undermine Australian sovereignty by forcing us into a position of subservience to the fascist Trump regime in the United States. We seek to pull out of the AUKUS deal and return the funds to taxpayers in the form of public programs and use some of the funds for domestic military development.

Diplomatic Neutrality

Diplomatic Neutrality

Diplomatic Neutrality

Consecutive governments have continued to position Australia as a junior partner of US imperialism and have continued to antagonise China leading to escalating geopolitical tensions. This is a risk to Australian national security, and we seek to cut direct military ties with the United States and pursue a program of diplomatic neutrality.

Economic Policies

Domestic Steel Production

A Holistic Approach to Immigration

Domestic Steel Production

Australia has a large endowment of coal and iron ore to produce our own steel, yet we sell our iron ore to China to be turned into steel to be bought back at a premium. We will seek the reestablishment of domestic steel production in Australia, through the realisation of East West Line Parks Ltd's Project Iron Boomerang.

Domestic Net Zero Policy

A Holistic Approach to Immigration

Domestic Steel Production

Climate change poses a threat to civilization as we know it. Emissions are going up, and little is being done. And what little the Australian government is doing is hurting working Australians. Reindustrialization also needs to be a goal for Australia's future. Our current Net Zero arrangement is not working and needs to be discarded. I will seek to pull Australia out of the Paris Climate Agreement, and institute a National Net Zero plan that focuses less on the rollout of renewables for the grid, and more on the immediate term development and rollout of safe carbon capture technologies to counteract the rise in emissions that will come with fast and dirty mass reindustrialization, with a long-term plan to convert all the industrial infrastructure to hydrogen power in the future, all without pushing up the cost of living for working Australians. Domestic solar power should still be a priority, however, and subsidies for domestic solar systems will not be challenged.

A Holistic Approach to Immigration

A Holistic Approach to Immigration

A Holistic Approach to Immigration

Immigration has long been a core part of Australian history, from the arrival of British settlers in 1788 to the continued arrival of immigrants from around the world. However, continuous proxy wars waged by large powers around the world have forced millions to flee their home countries for the First World, all while citizens of those countries are swept up in narratives of fear amplified by those seeking to use immigrants as scapegoats. However, there are legitimate concerns. A phenomenon with many overlapping factors like immigration requires a holistic solution, that seeks to balance humanitarian concerns with addressing the concerns of citizens. Australia will need citizens and immigrants to work together to meet the goals necessary to achieve unparalleled greatness and prosperity for this country. More details on this policy to come.
